# TÉRMINOS DE SERVICIO MauroAds

## 1. ACEPTACIÓN DE LOS TÉRMINOS

Al acceder o utilizar MauroAds ("el Servicio"), usted acepta estar sujeto a estos Términos de Servicio. Si no está de acuerdo, no utilice el Servicio.

## 2. DESCRIPCIÓN DEL SERVICIO

MauroAds es una herramienta automatizada de gestión y publicación de contenido que permite a los usuarios:

- Analizar contenido de video utilizando inteligencia artificial

- Generar subtítulos y descripciones específicos de cada plataforma

- Publicar contenido simultáneamente en TikTok, YouTube, Facebook e Instagram

- Programar y automatizar flujos de trabajo de publicación

Además, MauroAds ofrece wacrm, un CRM de mensajería que centraliza conversaciones de WhatsApp e Instagram en una única bandeja de entrada para uso del propio negocio (ver Sección 16).

## 3. ELEGIBILIDAD

Debe tener al menos 18 años para utilizar este Servicio.

## 4. CUENTA Y AUTENTICACIÓN

### 4.1 Autorización

Debe autorizar al Servicio a acceder a sus cuentas mediante OAuth 2.0. Usted es responsable de:

- Mantener la seguridad de sus credenciales

- Toda actividad bajo sus cuentas autorizadas

- Revocar el acceso si ya no desea usar el Servicio

### 4.2 Plataformas Requeridas

Debe tener cuentas activas en las plataformas donde desea publicar o conectar (TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business).

## 5. USO DEL SERVICIO

### 5.1 Uso Permitido

- Publicar contenido original del cual tiene derechos de distribución

- Automatizar flujos de trabajo de publicación para uso comercial o personal

- Generar subtítulos y descripciones asistidos por IA

- Gestionar conversaciones de WhatsApp e Instagram a través de wacrm

### 5.2 Uso Prohibido

- Publicar contenido que viole los Términos de las plataformas

- Publicar spam, contenido malicioso o engañoso

- Infringir derechos de propiedad intelectual

- Violar leyes o regulaciones aplicables

- Distribuir contenido dañino, ofensivo o ilegal

## 6. PLATAFORMAS DE TERCEROS

El Servicio está sujeto a límites y restricciones impuestas por APIs de terceros. No somos responsables de cambios o interrupciones impuestas por estas plataformas.

## 7. RESPONSABILIDAD DEL CONTENIDO

### 7.1 Su Contenido

Usted conserva todos los derechos sobre su contenido y es el único responsable de su legalidad y adecuación.

### 7.2 Contenido Generado por IA

Los subtítulos y descripciones generados por IA son sugerencias. Usted es responsable de revisar todo el contenido antes de la publicación.

## 8. PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL

El Servicio, incluyendo todo el software y tecnología, es propiedad de MauroAds. No puede copiar, modificar ni realizar ingeniería inversa del Servicio.

## 9. LIMITACIONES DE RESPONSABILIDAD

EL SERVICIO SE PROPORCIONA "TAL CUAL" SIN GARANTÍAS DE NINGÚN TIPO. MAUROADS NO SERÁ RESPONSABLE DE DAÑOS INDIRECTOS, PÉRDIDA DE DATOS, INGRESOS O SUSPENSIÓN DE CUENTAS POR PLATAFORMAS DE TERCEROS.

## 10. INDEMNIZACIÓN

Usted acepta indemnizar a MauroAds de cualquier reclamo que surja de su uso del Servicio o violación de estos Términos.

## 11. TERMINACIÓN

Puede terminar el uso del Servicio revocando el acceso OAuth. Nos reservamos el derecho de suspender su acceso si viola estos Términos.

## 16. wacrm (CRM de mensajería)

Además de lo descrito en estos Términos, wacrm es un CRM de mensajería que centraliza conversaciones de WhatsApp e Instagram para uso del propio negocio (MauroAds). Al conectar una cuenta de WhatsApp Business o de Instagram a wacrm, usted autoriza al Servicio a:

- Recibir y enviar mensajes en su nombre a través de la cuenta conectada.

- Almacenar el historial de conversaciones y datos básicos de contacto de las personas que escriben a su cuenta, conforme a lo detallado en la Política de Privacidad.

Usted es responsable de cumplir con las políticas de mensajería de Meta (WhatsApp e Instagram) al usar wacrm, incluyendo no enviar spam ni contenido no solicitado.

# TERMS OF SERVICE MauroAds

## 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using MauroAds ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

## 2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

MauroAds is an automated content management and publishing tool that enables users to:

- Analyze video content using artificial intelligence

- Generate platform-specific captions and descriptions

- Schedule and automate social media posting workflows

Additionally, MauroAds offers wacrm, a messaging CRM that centralizes WhatsApp and Instagram conversations into a single inbox for the business's own use (see Section 16).

## 3. USER ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

## 4. ACCOUNT AND AUTHENTICATION

### 4.1 Authorization

You must authorize the Service to access your social media accounts through OAuth 2.0. You are responsible for:

- Maintaining the security of your credentials

- All activity under your authorized accounts

- Revoking access if you no longer wish to use the Service

### 4.2 Required Platforms

You must have active accounts on the platforms you wish to publish to or connect (TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business).

## 5. USE OF SERVICE

### 5.1 Permitted Use

- Publish original content you have the rights to distribute

- Automate posting workflows for business or personal use

- Generate AI-assisted captions and descriptions

- Manage WhatsApp and Instagram conversations through wacrm

### 5.2 Prohibited Use

- Publish content that violates platform Terms of Service

- Post spam, malicious, or deceptive content

- Infringe on intellectual property rights

- Violate any applicable laws or regulations

- Distribute harmful, offensive, or illegal content

## 9. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. MAUROADS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT DAMAGES, LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR ACCOUNT SUSPENSION BY THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS.

## 10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify MauroAds from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

## 11. TERMINATION

You may terminate use by revoking OAuth access. We reserve the right to suspend your access if you violate these Terms.

## 16. wacrm (Messaging CRM)

In addition to what is described in these Terms, wacrm is a messaging CRM that centralizes WhatsApp and Instagram conversations for the business's own use (MauroAds). By connecting a WhatsApp Business or Instagram account to wacrm, you authorize the Service to:

- Receive and send messages on your behalf through the connected account.

- Store conversation history and basic contact data of people who message your account, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for complying with Meta's messaging policies (WhatsApp and Instagram) when using wacrm, including not sending spam or unsolicited content.
